Design Development & Fabrication has performed as a contract project management consultant for several clients using younger engineers and overseeing the product development cycle. We have also done work for virtual companies to develop and deliver products with limited budgets.
Additionally, we have performed all functions required with in a specified quality system in support of product development and have headed design teams, taken responsibility for all project documentation and design reviews.
Microsoft Project software is used for planning, organizing and tracking product development schedules and cost.
