Fabrication
Our machine shop is capable of doing prototype to production machining for a wide range of industries. Design Development & Fabrication supplies parts for the medical device, firearm, sporting goods, and health and fitness industries. Our quality system is ISO compliant so materials for each job are controlled and all jobs are inspected and documented.
CAMWorks and BobCAD software are used to develop programs for the Haas Minimill, Office Lathe, and Tool Room Mill (4th axis) for our CNC work. We also have knee mills, tool room lathe, surface grinder, and desktop CNC mills for doing other prototype work.

Design Development & Fabrication has been contracted by multiple clients to design early conceptual prototypes, products and even manufacturing equipment to support custom fabrication of a product. We typically perform our design work utilizing the latest versions of SolidWorks.
Our product design experience and knowledge include: balloon and infusion catheters, surgical devices, implantable devices, biopsy instruments, guidewires, optical fiber scopes, respirators, custom assembly equipment, electronic packaging, exercise equipment, and consumer products.
